B.Sc. Nursing (04 Years): |
Candidate
having minimum qualification of HSC-II (Intermediate)
in Pre– Medical Group or an equivalent qualification
recognized by any BISE are eligible to seek
admission in the relevant Bachelor's Program
of Jinnah College of Nursing.

Candidate
having minimum qualification of Diploma
in Nursing recognized by the Pakistan Nursing
Council & 02 years of clinical experience
in any tertiary care hospital are eligible
to seek admission to the Post RN B.Sc Nursing
Degree Program.

Candidates found eligible for application will be required to sit in Jinnah
College of Nursing Entrance examination

Candidates securing at least 50% marks in the entrance examination will be short
listed for interview by the selection committee |

Candidates found successful based on entrance examination and interviews are
offered admission in the program |

Seats
Allocation: |
These
programs are directly announced on merit
basis. 50 male & female students can
be enrolled in Generic BSc Nursing &
75 students in Post RN BSc Nursing program.

Course
of Studies & Examination: |
| The
Course Curricula & Examination for degree
of BSc Nursing and Post RN BSc Nursing are
governed by the rules & regulation of
Pakistan Nursing Council & Higher Education
Commission of Pakistan. The Curricula of
Generic BSc Nursing & Post RN BSc Nursing
degree programmes are duly approved by Pakistan
Nursing Council & Higher Education Commission
(HEC). Final / Semester Examinations will
be conducted by Ziauddin University Karachi.

Professional
Examination: |
| The
Professional Examinations will be conducted
as per policy of Pakistan Nursing Council
& HEC. Moreover, the faculty members
of the respective subjects will conduct
weekly Class Tests, Problem Base Leanings,
Presentations, and CAT (Continues Assessment
Test).
